1. Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customers for quotation, negotiation, order confirmation and provide after sales service.
- To visit customers regularly in order to understand their needs, consumption and their financial status; to gather market and competitors’ information from time to time, report to superior weekly.
- To generate Sales Contract from ERP system.
- To collect payment from customers.
- To liaise with production in monitoring the production schedule based on the urgency of orders in order to meet customer’s delivery requirement.
- To accomplish all the instructions given by superior.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Marketing or equivalent.
- Aggressive and good communication skills.

2. Costing Executive
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in their daily functions.
- Manage information in ERP Costing system.
- To perform process costing and products costing of the company’s manufactured goods.
- Preparation of monthly financial forecast.
- Preparation of monthly financial review & analysis.
- Preparation of budget.
- To assist in the physical stock counts.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Preferably with minimum 2 years working experience.
3. Scheduling Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Production scheduling, system upgrade, such as operations management, coordination and implementation of the program.
- Coordinate and communicate with related department to meet customer order delivery date.
- Preparing monthly report.
- To analyse information and data, identify patterns and trends in order to maximize the scheduling result.
- Staying up-to-date with new trends such as digitalization & AI tool prepare for future scheduling upgrade.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Economic / Human Resource Management / Marketing or equivalent.
- Good report writing and communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Proficient in MS Office application (Excel, Words and PowerPoint); Pivot table; Power BI will be advantaged.
4. Process Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to check, monitoring, analyzing and reporting all process and quality findings and provide suggestion for improvement.
- Responsible to conduct and implement trouble shooting work involving quality, equipment and productivity issues.
- Involved & responsible for daily process control, production planning and scheduling.
- Responsible to implement and enforce safety and health agenda / program.
- Responsible to daily manpower management, work arrangement and enforcement.
- Manage and maintaining section housekeeping with safe and good work practice.
- Responsible to attend any training arranged / organized by company and provide training to subordinate.
- Coordinate with other section involving maintenance job plan, productivity improvement, production planning and scheduling, etc.
- Involved in maintenance work, trouble shooting, spare part purchase and control including machine upgrading / improvement project.
- Responsible to create, establishing, maintaining and implementing all documentation and procedures related to ISO and process SOP including safety & health.
- Responsible to prepare and submit report for any findings or improvement task as requested by management.
- Self-driven and capable to handle various task given by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing or Chemical Engineering.
- Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- 1~2years working experience in manufacturing sector will be added advantages.

5. Technical Service Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand and address their needs effectively.
- Investigate and address customer complaints effectively.
- Provide on-site or remote technical support to resolve product-related issues.
- Follow up on improvement tasks arising from complaint cases, ensuring timely execution and tracking progress.
- Collaborate with the manager to establish, review, and improve procedures for handling customer complaints, compensation, and quality assurance.
- Conduct technical training sessions for customers and internal teams to enhance product knowledge and application techniques.
- Perform competitor product benchmarking, analyzing strengths and weaknesses to refine strategies and enhance competitiveness.
- Gather, record, and analyze customers’ facility capabilities and actual applications; identify opportunities for existing and new product applications.
- Promote new products and technologies to customers, highlighting their benefits and value.
- Collaborate with Technical Development, Production, and Quality Control teams to develop solutions for customer challenges and improve product quality.
- Collect and analyze market trends and feedback to identify opportunities for product development or improvement.
- Prepare customer satisfaction survey reports focusing on quality issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Chemical/ Mechanical/ Material Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management skills.

6. Technical Planning Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Takes vital part in Low Carbon Transformation and carbon management such as: Greenhouse Gases (GHG) inventory, product carbon footprint, arrange meeting and training, master latest updates on carbon market (carbon tax, carbon trading, carbon-related policies and mechanism) etc.
- Follow up carbon reduction projects, prepares related reports and assists in awareness promotion in the company.
- Takes vital part in Industry 4.0 / Digital Transformation such as: coordinates Digital Transformation project and collaboration program, arrange meeting, technical communication with supplier, information sharing, training implementation etc.
- Coordinates, oversees and follow up yearly Capital Investment and Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) progress such as CAPEX application, utilization, budget transfer, project status, evaluation etc.
- Coordinates the selling and collection of unwanted goods.
- Compiles operation data of production and supporting department, and prepares report accordingly.
- Coordinates and assists in facilities/machineries/equipment/quality improvement project, revamping works and follow up its status.
- Any other job tasks as assigned by the superior from time to time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Engineering Technology or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate and applicants with/without experience are encouraged to apply.
