The Board of Directors of CSC Steel Holdings Berhad  (“the Company”) is pleased to propose a final single tier dividend of 3 sen per share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2022 for the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company. The proposed entitlement and payment dates for the final dividend shall be determined at a later date and announced accordingly. 

This announcement is dated 17 February 2023.
