Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the developing of business policy and corporate strategy, such as the key performance indicators for the Company and all departments.
  • Coordinate on the Group's operations, including the policies set by the parent company.
  • Review and evaluate the investment projects/business expansion plan of the Company.
  • Coordinate on the matters pertaining to subsidiary/associate companies, such as board meetings/annual general meeting, board resolutions, etc.
  • Plan and execute the events for corporate social responsibility initiative of the Company..
  • Support in secretarial duties such as arrangement of board of directors meeting and management meeting, preparation of meeting minutes, etc.
  • Coordinate on the internal audit and risk management matters.
  • Review and make changes to the relevant policies and procedures as and when required.
  • Any other special assignments/duties as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management/Finance/Account or equivalent.
  • Possess excellent communication skills in both verbal and written, required languages: English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Candidate with working experience in secretarial job is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Study and analyzes infrastructure technical problem and provide solution and training.
  • Coordinate and cooperate with other department during emergency and schedule maintenance.
  • Review on troubleshooting report, causes analyzes and preventive improvement.
  • Assist technician troubleshooting during major equipment failure.
  • Plan and work according to safety procedure.
  • Manage spare parts at reasonable level.
  • Study and execute equipment revamp project for improvement.
  • Improve troubleshooting procedure and reduce maintenance cost.
  • Review and study the performance of preventive maintenance and corrective action to be taken.
  • Collect and setup technical documents of drawing, manual, circuit diagram and technical information for maintenance purpose.
  • Responsible for Level 2 and PMIS/UMS maintenance system or new plant expansion or power supply maintenance system or energy saving plan.
  • Analyze and support the technical problem.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer/Telecommunication, Electrical/Electronic, Mechatronic/Electromechanical Engineering or other related engineering discipline.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote new product and collect market information.
  • Perform competitor’s products analysis and study.
  • Collect, record and analyze customer’s facilities ability, actual application; explore potential of existing/new product supply to others application.
  • Assist and coordinate with commercial to handle customer’s surveillance visit.
  • Assist manager to establish and review Customer complaint & compensation procedure.
  • Follow up improvement task job progress which initiate under complaint case.
  • Investigate customer complaint.
  • Product & Technical service representative.
  • Prepare customer satisfaction surveyor report on quality issue.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Chemical/ Mechanical/ Material Engineering or other related engineering discipline.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
