Manufacturing Process Introduction Specification & Application

Push Pickling

To remove metal oxides on the hot rolled steel coil (HRC) through hydrochloric acid bath. The pickled hot rolled strip can then be trimmed to required width for the next process.

Cold Rolling

To roll down the HRC to required thickness and provide good flatness on steel strip.

Electrolytic Cleaning

To clean the cold rolled coil (CR) surface which contains residual rolling oil and iron powder through alkaline solution.

Batch Annealing

To recrystallize iron molecules of the coil in order to obtain required mechanical properties.

Tempering

To remove yield point elongation, impart the desired surface finish and improve strip flatness.

Tension Leveler

To flatten steel strip, apply rust preventive oil and quality inspection equipped with ASIS Camera
